A highly interactive 5 day (40 hours) ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor training course that will teach you the tools and techniques of how to plan, lead and report audits within your own organisation, your suppliers or third party organisations.
Learning Objectives
On completion you will have the knowledge and skill to:
- Explain the purpose of a quality management system and the business benefits of improved performance of the QMS
- Plan, conduct, report and follow-up an audit of a quality management system to establish conformity with ISO 9001 and in accordance with ISO 19001 and ISO/IEC 17021 (as applicable).
Course Certification and Approval
This ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training course is certified by CQI IRCA (course ID 18077). All learners that successful complete this course will receive a digital Batalas and CQI-IRCA accredited certificate.

- Classroom based – you attend one of our public venues (6 across the UK) or if you want to train more than 4 people we can come to you

- Blended learning – a mixture of 16 hours of self-paced online videos and exercises, followed by 3 days virtual skills training to learn how to audit
